What is a Science Café?
Science cafes began in Europe several years ago and have taken root in the USA, and continuing to flourish in coffee houses, taverns, and bookstores around the U.S. Science Cafés are friendly, informal gatherings that welcome people with or without a science background to learn about a relevant topic from a local scientist and then to ask questions and enjoy a general discussion.
